What it is good for
A voice-over for a short video, an announcement for a channel, a greeting, a pronunciation check, or simply a long message you would rather listen to. The bot sends the audio as a Telegram voice message, so you can forward it like any other. If your settings do not accept voice messages, it comes as an audio file instead.
The speech model handles English, Russian and Persian well; the script of the text tells it which language to use.
