1. Who can use the bot
You must be 18 or older and follow Telegram’s Terms of Service.
2. Credits and prices
- Generations and tools cost credits. The price is shown before every run.
- You buy credits with Telegram Stars (/buy or the Mini App) or by card or SBP through Lava.top in the Mini App, or with crypto (USDT or TON) through @CryptoBot in the chat or the Mini App. Card and crypto payment are not available to every audience.
- Credits have no cash value: they cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn or transferred to another user. They do not expire.
- First purchase bonus: your first credit pack, with Stars or by card, comes with 50% extra credits. Once per user.
- Free credits and free runs (the first free result, invite rewards, promotions) are a gift. Their rules may change or end at any time, and we may take back free credits that were granted by mistake or abused.
3. Failed generations and refunds
- If a generation fails, including when the server restarts during the run or the result cannot be delivered, its credits go back to your balance automatically. A free run costs nothing, so there is nothing to return.
- Credits are a digital product delivered right after payment, so purchased packs are generally not refundable.
- If you paid but got no credits, were charged twice or have another payment problem, use /paysupport. We check every request. Telegram Stars refunds are made through Telegram, under Telegram’s rules; card payments are refunded through Lava; crypto payments are refunded in the same coin to your @CryptoBot account.
- Telegram support cannot help with purchases made in this bot. Please contact us via /paysupport.
4. Content rules
You are responsible for what you upload, request and share. Do not use the bot to:
- create sexual or intimate images of real people without their consent. This bot does not make explicit content;
- create anything sexual, violent or degrading involving minors, or use photos of anyone under 18 in face swap, motion or model photoshoot tools;
- put someone’s face on another photo or animate someone’s photo without that person’s consent. These tools ask you to confirm consent, and we keep a record of it;
- impersonate people, mislead or defraud others, make fake documents, or create deepfakes of public figures;
- harass or defame anyone, or break the law, including other people’s copyright. Upload only content you have the right to use.
Automatic filters block some requests. They can make mistakes in both directions. If a request was blocked by mistake, rephrase it or write to /support.
5. AI results
- Results are made by AI models and can be inaccurate, distorted or different from what you asked for. Check them before you publish them or use them in business, for example on marketplace product cards.
- We may replace models and change prices. The current price is always shown before a run.
- We claim no ownership of your uploads or results. You may use your results within these rules and the law.
6. Availability
The bot is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running, but the services we rely on can fail, and a generation may be slow or fail. Failed generations are refunded in credits (section 3).
7. Restrictions
We may restrict or block access for breaking these terms or the law. You can stop using the bot at any time and ask us to delete your data (Privacy Policy, section 6).
8. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for how you use the results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we announce important changes in the bot. Credits you have already bought keep working.
